With decades of experience in the heavy haul and rigging industry, we operate a modern fleet of over 100 trailers designed to handle a wide variety of freight—from standard shipments to complex oversized and overweight loads.

Our rigging services are built on years of hands-on experience moving, lifting, and positioning machinery and equipment of all types, sizes, and complexities. From tight access relocations to full plant moves, we provide safe, efficient, and well-coordinated rigging solutions tailored to your project requirements.

Our NCCCO/NCCER certified crane operators are able to quote and assess your specific project, create lift plans, and leverage our fleet of boom trucks and large mobile hydraulic cranes for your hoisting needs.

Conveniently located just 10 miles north of the Port of Boston, Miara is recognized as the region’s premier provider of container transloading services. We specialize in the storage of heavy industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, CNC machinery, and more. Additionally, our team of riggers can handle unloading and reloading needs.

With four strategically located facilities in Wilmington, Middleton, and North Oxford, MA, as well as Hudson, NH, we offer secure storage options for both short and long-term durations. Our facilities also include outdoor storage and laydown yards for oversized or heavy equipment, indoor clear heights up to 30 feet, a 40-ton capacity overhead bridge crane, forklift capacities up to 160,000 pounds, multiple loading docks and large ground-level doors for easy access.

Miara has a fleet of over 45 forklifts available for rental throughout eastern Massachusetts and southern New England. Our equipment ranges from 2,000 pounds to 160,000 pounds capacity. Our forklifts are maintained by an on-staff crew of mechanics to ensure quality and safety. Several of our forklifts are equipped with hydraulic booms.

We provide factory and plant relocation services designed to minimize downtime and ensure a safe, efficient transition—whether you’re moving across town or across the country.

We facilitate the transportation of equipment arriving in the port–including container drayage, cross-docking, and over-dimensional freight handling. Extensive experience transporting, unloading, and reloading out-of-gauge shipments arriving on flat racks and open top containers. Our TWIC-certified drivers ensure efficient and compliant access to port facilities, providing smooth cargo movement from dock to destination.
